TGraphic-Descendants zur Designtime einbinden?

Hallo,

ich hab hier zum Beispiel die GraphicEx-Library. Kann ich die so verwurschteln, dass ich z.B. im TOpenPictureDialog im Filter oder in einem TSpeedbutton-Glyph zur Laufzeit schon alle von GraphicEx unterstützten Formate drin hab?
