Active-X Komponente: Threading-Modell?

Ich will den D7 TStringGrid als ActiveX Komponente exportieren um ihn in einer anderen, nicht Delphi Anwenung zu verwenden.
Welches Threading-Modell wählt man? Ich hätte jetzt auf "Frei" bzw. "Beides" getippt.
Gibt es vielleicht irgendwo gute ActiveX Komponenten Entwicklung Tutorials?
