StringGrid Text und Bild in einer Zelle

Moin miteinander!
Ich steh auf'm Schlauch :wall: und find auch keinen Thread.

Frage:
Wie bekomm ich ein Text und ein Icon in eine Zelle von einem StringGrid?

Ich möchte Sortiersymbole in den Spaltenüberschriften anzeigen, so wie beim Explorer.
