How I make to clear cache in Indy server coomponent (idHttpServer)

are you sure there is a cache? One solution ist to destroy the TIdHttpServer-Instanz and create a new one (if there is realy a cache).
I use this component for a long time and had never caching problems. I prefer to clear the client (browser) cache.
