Form folgt Mauscursor

Hallo,
würde gerne wissen wie ich eine TForm und einen Mauscursor verbinden kann.
Die Form soll halt immer unter dem Mauscursor sein und auch dem Cursor folgen.
Hat jemand einen Tip?

ich hab das ganze mit einem timer gelöst.
der timer fragt immer die pos des mauszaigers ab und setzt da die form hin.
