Hallo,

wird bei Windows XP eigentlich MSCOMM32.OCX mitgeliefert?

Nimm lieber 'ne native Delphi-Lösung als sich auf ein ActiveX/COM-DLL zu verlassen.

Also ich hab auf meinem XP keine solche DLL im Windows-Verzeichnis.

Die Datei gehört imho zu VB6 und wird nur da mitgeliefert.
