Popupmenü in Mainmenü übernehmen?

Hallo!
Ist es möglich ein Popupmenü in ein Mainmenü zu übernehmen? Nicht zur Laufzeit!
Oder muss ich beide Menüs gleich ausprogrammieren?

im Menu Designer funktioniert Copy & Paste...

PS: Ausprogrammieren besser nicht - verwende besser eine ActionList und packe den Code in Actions.
