Borland hat eine Technology Preview für Delphi 2005 für das .NET Compact Framework veröffentlicht. Registrierten Anwendern von Delphi 2005 steht damit die Möglichkeit offen, erste .NET CF-Anwendungen mit Delphi für mobile Endgeräte zu entwickeln. Aktuell unterstützt werden PocketPC und Smartphones mit .NET Compact Framework 1.x. Die Preview ist als solche nicht für produktive Entwicklung gedacht.
