Welche Zelle in StringGrid markiert

Hallo!
Ich suche eine Möglichkeit, in zwei Variablen, x und y, auszulesen, welche Zelle vom User markiert worden ist.
X und Y sollten vom Typ Integer sein, wenn es geht.
