Bild ins Tiff format umwandeln?

Ja, der Titel sagt eigentlich schon alles...Ich suche ein methode/Komponente/sonstwas um ein Bitmap (oder auch jpeg) in ein TIFF Bild umzuwandeln. Kennt ihr da was? Ich bräuchte das echt dringend, hab aber von Grafikprogrammierung eher wenig Ahnung.

Welches TIFF? JPEG-Codiert, CCITT G4, LZW-Codiert, ...
Darfs was kosten oder kostenlos?
