Sind dieses Komponenten Freeware?

Ich benutzt folgende Komponenten, könnte mich bitte jemand darauf hinweisen, falls eine dieser Kompos nicht Freeware ist und man sie nicht in Programme einbauen darf die man zum Download als Freeware anbietet.

* Das ist sehr komisch, auf der Startseite steht das:

und wenn man dann auf "Indy 9 & Indy 10 for Delphi 5-8" diesen Button klickt kommt dann das:

Indy Plus Install is available free of charge to the community for personal or educational use.

Indy != Indy Plus

Indy Plus erweitert die Indy Komponenten wohl um einige Komponenten.

Indy Plus heißt wahrscheinlich nur das man noch Support dabei hat, wenn ich nur INDY herunterladen will muss ich ja den Source herunterladen und dann compilieren.

M.E. darfst auch kommerzielle Komponenten verwenden, auch wenn Du Freeware erstellt. Auch das bereitstellen von deinen Sourcen sollte daran nicht ändern. Du darfst jedoch nicht die Sourcen der Komponenten mit zum download bereitstellen.
Dies wird vermutlich auch für einige der aufgelisteten Komponenten gelten, da die nicht noch über alternative Downloads bereitgestellt werden.
Machs dir doch einfach. Lege eine Info-Datei dazu welche beschreibt welche zusätzlichen Kompos nötig sind und wo diese heruntergeladen werden können.

Alle Kompos von sourceforge sind AFAIR Freeware.

VirtualTreeView:

Virtual Treeview is using a double licensing scheme. You can either choose Moziall Public License 1.1 (MPL 1.1) or GNU Lesser General Public License.

LGPL = Freeware (AFAIR)

LMD-Tools: nicht Freeware. Dazu gibts aber hier ein Angebot, einfach mal dein Profil ansehn und runterscrollen.
CoolTrayIcon: Freeware
PowerButton: Freeware
USB: Freeware, ausser es steht was anderes im Source

TZipMaster:

Distributed under the GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE

BTW: ich habe jeden Link einzeln angeklickt und die Infos standen auf der jeweiligen Seite. Das haettest du auch selbst rausfinden koennen :roll:

Ja gut, ich hab jetzt Indy, aber die anderen Kompos müssten ja eigentlich Freeware sein.

Bitte verbreite nicht solche Ungenauigkeiten.

Ansonsten ist eine Dual License MPL/LGPL bei Delphi Komponenten oft dazu da die Benutzung mit Kylix OE zu erlauben, da damit nur GPL oder LGPL Software erstellt werden kann.
