Delphi-PRAXiS - Delphi Table component

Is there component that has these features:
It`s a table to that I can add records, cells, columns whenever I want.
I can drag & drop one cell to another
it can have multiple colors for the cells..

Oh and yes... I wanted something like this -

www.asctimetables.com/download_en.html . It`s a software for schools to edit timetables. I wanted a table like in the program...

please help me guys! :dance:

P.S. This is the best delphi forum I ever found in the internet! In my coyntry there are no such cool places...

which has the desired features, but also is has a "nice" price. :roll:
