ComboBox inhalt an PHP übergeben

Hallo

ich suche schon länger nach meinem Problem. Ich möchte gerne ein Formular in einem PHP-Script ausfüllen. Klappt auch soweit alles außer die Felder wo eine ComboBox ist ( Länderauswahl) oder eine CheckBox ist ( Stimme den AGB´s zu).

Hat vielleicht jemand einen tip?
