Shell Dialog "Dateitypen" anzeigen

Wie kann ich mit einen API call oder mit WinExec('rundll32.exe .... ',) den dialogfenster öffnen, den ich unter Windows so erreiche?

Explorer -> Extras -> Ordneroptionen -> Dateitypen

Alle Zeitangaben in WEZ +1. Es ist jetzt 23:17 Uhr.
