Delphi-PRAXiS - Delphi 12.2 Patch 2

Embarcadero released an inline patch of 12.2 a few weeks ago. Now we have made available an additional patch, available via the GetIt package manager as a quick fix. For Delphi, the patch adds the MacOS RTL library source code, that was accidentally missing in 12.2 Patch 1 (while it was available in the original 12.2).

For C++, the fix addresses*a couple of more significant issues with compiler and projects management.
