Figure out access violation in Dsmtoolwindow.GetPreferences
Access violation when loading the Delphi IDE Got the below error on Delphi 10.2 Tokyo with ODAC trial from DevArt at Delphi startup time (Error:*Access violation at address 188F3528 in module 'DataSetManager250.bpl'.
