Decode H264 stream

Hi to all!
I'm trying to decode H.264 stream from my ip-camera. How I can do it? I need vcl-component or source. Does anybody have ideas how I can do it? :)

You can search for an full-source solution.
But - in my opinion - the easiest solution is to use the VLC-player. It can be integrated using it's DLL "libvlc.dll" and there is a pascal-header for download. VLC can be deployed just by file-copy. But of course the price is the external requirement besides your own exe-file.
