Delphi-PRAXiS - Delphi 10.3 Rio-Release 2

During the week, a second update for Delphi Rio (10.3.2) came out. It is a significant update not only in terms of platforms, when macOS 64-bit and C++ 17 for Windows 64-bit, but also because of various fixes. For me there are important fixes regarding the IDE and its stability, but from the perspective of the future, the most important C++ LSP enhancement (i.e. what I wrote what is going on for Delphi-out of process and code completion).
