Lazarus findet Unit nicht

ich habe einen Update auf die aktuelle Lazarus Version durchgeführt und bekomme jetzt folgende Fehlermeldung,

Delphi-Quellcode:

fcllaz.pas(0,0) Fatal: Can not find unit system used by fcllaz of package FCL.

was müsste ich den jetzt machen, bin nicht sehr fit im Checken meiner Lazarus Installation

Probier mal: Tools - Rescan FPC Source Directory
