The progressbar can you paint on your own. Create a gray bar at the Top of the Icon, and colorize it in 10 steps into your green bar like the one on your Image. Save these Steps as separate Icons. Load the Icon which fits the current progress status and then paint the Numbers onto your Icon. To do this, it should be enough Examples in the Forum.

and the second problem cannot be solved in this way and this part is very important to me, cooltrayicon doesn't stretch the font to show visible FOUR DIGITS, and the program that I have saw works fine (and is made with "cooltray" too), but I don't have the sources, and the author made a custom draw routine to stretch the letters for a better fit when display 4 digits (8888) and put really put a "real progress bar" in trayicon area.
