Bereich (Parallelogram) aus Bitmap kopieren

Hallo,

ich möchte einen Bereich (Parallelogram) aus einem Bitmap
in ein anderes Bitmap kopieren. Gibt es da eine Windows API
Funktion oder eine andere schnelle Lösung?
