Warum verschwinden diese "common controls"?

HiH :o
Wenn ich Delphi 6 ohne Projekte (oder halt ALT+D+H drücke (damit alles weg is)) starte, finde ich in der Komponente-Palette sogenannte "common controls". Aber warum sind die wieder weg wenn ich ein Projekte erstelle/öffne?
