Unit "SysUtils" debuggen?

Was muss ich tun, um z.B. in der Unit "SysUtils" oder "Classes" Haltepunkte zum Debuggen setzen zu können?

Einfach mit Debug-DCU's kompilieren (Projekt komplett neu erstellen bei umschalten dieser Option u.U. nötig).
