cxGrid: GetFocusedRecordIndex vs. GetFocusedRowIndex

Hallo,

kann mir hier jemand den Unterschied zwischen GetFocusedRecordIndex und GetFocusedRowIndex erklären?
Ich weiß leider nicht, welches für meine Zwecke die richtige Methode ist.
