Wie TControlBar/TCoolBar erstellen ?

Hallo,

ich habe ein TControlBar und dadrin 3 TCoolBar1, TCoolBar2, TCoolBar3 und alle hintereinander angeordnet.
Wenn ich den TCoolBar2 mit der Maus verschiebe der TCoolBar3 wandert dann ganz nach unten außerhalb des sichtbaren Feldes des TControlBar.

Warum und wie kann ich dies verhindern.
