ogg-tags schreiben, aber wie?

Hi Leuts,
nach viel gegoogle wende ich mich jetzt doch an euch.
Gibt's eine Komponente o.ä. mit deren Hilfe man OGG-Infos schreiben kann? Also sowas wie die Mp3FileUtils?
Ich habe die Audio Tools Library gefunden, die liest ganz prima, aber schreibt bei mir nicht. ;-)
Für Hilfe wäre ich echt dankbar!

Erstmal danke für die schnellen und hilfreichen Antworten.
@dunkel: Audiogenie scheint wirklich ein Genie zu sein. Ich hab's angetestet, es tut absolut das, was es soll, und spart 'ne ganze Menge Quellcode ... :-(
@Wishmaster: die ATL hatte ich schon, aber NewAC klingt sehr interessant, scheint 'n Konkurrent zur BASS zu sein, wenn ich's richtig verstanden habe.
