wie kann man denn ein Image oder ein Icon in ein IPictureDisp wandeln ??

hat da jemand ein bischen Source dafür ?

Benutze die Prozedur Delphi-Referenz durchsuchenGetOlePicture bzw. Delphi-Referenz durchsuchenSetOlePicture aus der Unit Delphi-Referenz durchsuchenAxCtrls :)
