[Indy 10/Synapse] Mail Client - Send and Get mail

Hi,

I search source code (easy to learn), how to prepare mail client using Indy10 or Synapse :)

I want only download message and preview/open attachment and send new mail (with attachment). At now I using Indy10 and I have some problems with decode mail is Plain\Text or else ;(
