Der SQL Dialekt 3 erlaubt zur Kennzeichnung von Strings nur noch einzelne Anführungszeichen.

Hallo also ich würde es immer mit einer Parameterabfrage machen, da dann das SQL vorkompiliert wird und damit schneller ist.
