aber was genau bedeutet dieses xx? deckkraft?

TColor ist nichts anderes als ein Integer, seine Interpretation hängt immer vom Kontext ab. So ist das höchste Bit bei GDI die Palette, bei GDI+ jedoch der Alphakanal.
