Frag mich nicht, wie Windows Librarys intern speichert (//edit: Nun wissen wir ja wie, s.u.) ... Auf jedenfall ist es ein komplett neues Feature der Windows Shell:

The following image displays the integration of several folders into a single library view and the rich search and pivots of Windows Explorer in Windows 7.
