Jedivcl installation funktioniert nicht!

Das ist uebrigens die JCL-Installation. die JVCL-Instllation berichtet Fehler anders. Es waere uebrigens praktischer die Fehlermeldungen des Logs anzugeben. Diese finden sich auch in dem gelben Fenster das die Compilerausgaben enthaelt.

Ich will JCL-1.100.1.2646 in delphi 7 personal installieren.
