Je nachdem, könntest du dir mal das Tutorial hier anschauen: Crosscompiling Linux > Windows
(Lazarus muss natürlich erstmal normal installiert sein.)

Hm...
binutils is angeblich jedoch schon auf dem neuesten Stand (hab apt-get install binutils gemacht..)
