In den Bits 0 bis 9 steht die primäre SprachID, in den Bits 10 bis 15 die Sublanguage ID. Also z.B. "Deutsch" als Primary Language und "(Schweiz)" als Sublanguage. Die Konstanten sind hier beschrieben:
