WindowsCE error beim compilen

hi,
ich hab mir mal den Introducing Compact Framework Build Helper runtergeladen und wollte jetzt mal eine aplication machen aber es geht nicht der sagt dir volgendes:

joa daraus lese ich das im eine dll fehlt aber warum bzw. wo bekomme ich die her?
