Sowie ich das in Erinnerung haben befinden sich diese Shops in einer rechtlichen Grauzone. Wenn du bereits eine Lizenz legal erworben hast, leider aber deine Installations-CD verloren hast kannst du ohne Bedenken dort kaufen. Du erhälst wie bereits angesprochen eine Art Backup der Software. Also legal würde ich das nicht bezeichnen, da nicht geprüft wird ob du jemals eine Original-Version besessen hast.
