DelphiPortable für den USB-Stick

hallo, ich möchte gerne delphi auf meinen usb-stick für unterwegs kopieren. das es geht, habe ich im internet erfahren. ich habe sogar eine anleitung gefunden, leider sind einige links daraus nicht mehr aktuell:
