find a component, (TrackBar+ProgressBar)

i will find component see like Windows Media Player V9's TrackBar, it seem to a TrackBar+ProgressBar, but i don't know how to do...

i hope someone will give me a tips,thanks! sorry for my poor english.

Use just a normal Trackbar:
