Pobleme bei der Installation / Ausführung von Turbo Delphi

Hallo,

ein Freund von mir wollte sich Turbo Delphi installieren (XP Pro, Adminkonto). Kurz bevor die Installation abgeschlossen ist, kommen aber nacheinander folgende drei Meldungen:

Die Installation lässt sich trotzdem "erfolgreich" beenden. Beim Ausführen kommen dafür wieder zwei Meldungen, nach denen dich Delphi verabschiedet:

Ist das ein bekanntes Problem? Woran könnte das liegen bzw. lässt es sich beheben?
