mal angenommen ich schreibe ein tool das mit dem Bios rumhantiert....jemand benutzt das Tool und sein bios wird irreparabel zerschossen --> board im arsch.
gehen wir davon aus ich habe dieses Tool veröffentlicht als ZIP archieve und habe folgendes als TXT mit reingepackt :

Kann mir die geschädigte Person, dessen Board ja eindeutig durch mein Tool zerstört wurde dann gerichtlich was anhaben ?
eigentlich nicht denn ich habe ja jegliche Haftung ausgeschlossen oder ?
