Die zweite Mail von den anderen Typen habe ich leider nicht finden. Da stand aber nochmal drin, dass die sich in den nächsten 24 Stunden um diese Angelegenheit kümmern wollten (sinngemäße Übersetzung).

abhilfe steht schon seit tagen in den microsoft newsgroups :
