You are using a low level network connection with manual configurated encryption. Winsock is not suitable for this low level. Better is IP Works or an other (paid) toolbox with low level network communication and encryption. Without access to the BMW Devices it is hard to change the sourcecode. You better have a delphi programmer with deep network protocol skills on site for converting.
