Where to get help to Native jpg library by SimDesign BV

Hello.
Where can I get help for Native jpg library by SimDesign BV?  https://www.simdesign.nl/nativejpg.htmlI estimate that SimDesign is author of the bpl file named NativeJpgD7.bpl and NativeJpgD7.dcp which is installed on my PC.
