ICS Overbyte simple HttpProxy

I'm doing a simple proxy work using (ICS Overbyte HTTPProxy) , it can listen locally and the requests are forward to a real external online proxy, I tried many times but without results.

after one day testing, finally proxy works well if set ForwardProxy=True, if set to False to connect with target host this not working, I configured target with same HostTag as host(source) as developer mention in somewhere in the source code but no luck, what I miss?


All I need is a simple proxy that forwarding browser requests to an external proxy !

When I removed Proto=HTTP and keep it blank the server try to connect to target, but new error is ssl says:
Remote SSL handshake failed - Error, wrong SSL version,

the certificated is original and issued to me and i have all needed files.
