I remember well a few years ago, when I proposed such (expensive) devices to a customer, he bought three of them, and we have to face the reality that Fujitsu was not able to support any interface (TWAIN, or any other).

Ok, Windows 7 were quite new technlogy at that time, and drivers had to be new.
Support was not there, and no solution..
I had to explain this situation to my customer, since then I never looked at Fujitsu again
Maybe they are back to professional business again, but I still feel not well with them.
