Probleme mit der SFTP Komponente von Zeljko Marjanovic

I'll be discussing his libssh2 wrapper during my session at DelphiTage next saturday.

As a start, I've posted a pull-request to get his component and demo building again: https://bitbucket.org/ZeljkoMarjanov...pull-requests/

In the mean time there is a fork of his repository with some new commits at https://bitbucket.org/jeroenp/libssh...hi/commits/all where I plan to fix some of the issues raised at https://bitbucket.org/ZeljkoMarjanov...ew&status=open

After that I'm going to use it in a service to distribute reports, so I will probably need to set attributes as well. If anything special happens I'll fix that too.
