Da ist "nur" ein alternativer Registry Zweig "TEST". Der alte, originale bleibt natürlich erhalten... und damit auch alle Komponenten/Einstellungen.

Im alternativen Registry-Zweig sind allerdings keine Fremdhersteller-Komponenten/Packages enthalten.

Wenn es also mit einem -rTEST funktioniert, ist irgendein Fremdhersteller-Package schuld

dummerweise habe ich auf der anderen Maschine, wo das Phänomen nicht auftritt, exakt die gleichen Fremdhersteller. Und warum flackern alle IDE´s (konkret XE, XE7, DX) gleichzeitig?

Hängt der Rechner, wo das Problem auftritt in einer Domäne bzw. du arbeitest mit einen Domänenaccount und deine Kollegen benutzen ihre lokalen Windowsaccounts?

Alle hängen gleichzeitig in der Domäne. Nur mein Homeoffice ist lokal. Das bedeutet, der Betroffene ist in der Domäne. Die Kollegen haben sogar die gleichen Mainboards. Das Windows 10 ist eine Vollversion und kein Upgrade.

...hochhol wegen fehlender Lösung. Ich werde fast wahnsinnig... Ich bin kurz davor die ganze Maschine neu zu machen.

PS: Beim Kollegen flackert auch die IDE ab und zu. Da bleiben aber die Toolbars am Platz...

Heute bin ich durch Zufall einen Minischritt weiter. Ich hatte mit den Datumsformaten des Systems zu tun...

Jedesmal (reproduzierbar) nach Übernehmen oder OK eines geänderten Datumsformates flackert die IDE und die Buttons sind weg. Vieleicht weiß ja jemand welche Message sich dahinter verbirgt.

Sowas löst ein WM_SETTINGCHANGE aus (oder so) und dann dreht die Galileo-IDE durch ... ist schon immer so.

Geht auch via RDP, beim Verbinden/Trennen, oder beim Anstöpseln des zweiten Monitors usw.
