Delphi 2010 und IDEFixPack55

Hallo,
leider läuft bei mir das FixPack nicht. Ich habe Windows 7x64 Prof. und Delphi 2010 ohne Updates. Da bei mir der EditorLineEnds.ttr-Fehler auftritt wollte ich das IDEFix pack aufspielen. Nun kommt bei jedem Start folgende Dialogbox.

Ich habe auch die beiden Patches (KB2982791, KB2970228) nicht auf dem System. Windows Updates bis 22.01.2015 sind Installiert.

Nun zur eigentlichden frage. Gibt es eventuell ein älteres IDEFixPack? Oder hat jemand noch eins?
