Devices in chinesisch?? Bass.dll

[value is NULL]

Hi Community

ich verwende die BASS.dll um die Audio Devices auszuelesen.
Diese trage ich dann per Schleife in eine Combobox.

Folgender Code:

Warum zum Teufel sieht das so aus ^^
