Sorry, I can't really understand what you want to do.

I think you want to read some information out of your router's memory - so at least you should tell us, what type if router you use and exactly which data you want to read...

I need to check the flow of data over WiFi router on the LAN like Parental Control.

Just have statistics on who joined the router, what sites to visit (IP), name of the program that uses the Flow of Data, Upload / Download size.

normal router doesnt collect that kind of informations.

you can use a proxy like squid to collect those informations.
